Hitch'd 1.0

One crazy idea turned into a perfectly (well, if mother nature had cooperated it would have been perfect) styled bridal event. Hitch'd is a love child born form the minds of Stockroom Picks and Olive and Grace Events. In six short weeks, Hitch'd 1.0 was concieved, planned and brought to life at The Allve V in Fresno, Ca. With the best wedding vendors in the Central Valley showcasing their talents and nearly 500 people in attendance, mother nature couldn't stop us from partying the day away.

The goal of Hitch'd was two-fold: give brides a chance to experience wedding vendor's talents in-real-time before hiring them AND give wedding vendors the opportunity to showcase their work and creativity in a no pressure environment while being able to mingle and chat with potential clients. Having both party's interests in mind, we felt it was best to allow vendors to design and execute a specialty area (ie. Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Ceremony, Welcome Party, etc.) and a reception space.

Working within a predetermined color palette, each professional gave our guests their own take on the overall concept for the show. Hitch'd 1.0 was all about COLOR and, given the weather conditions, we like to think it was a pretty success.

In addition to having styled areas, we thought incorporating a major fashion moment was super important and exciting for our guests. Huge thanks to Kacy and Dana from Ivory Bridal Boutique and Brianna from Ella Grace Bridal Boutique for their willingness to execute the punchiest bridal fashion show. It was MAJOR.
